Procedure and Explanation text about Ball of mash potato (Perkedel Kentang)
Mashed potato ball (potato patties)
Material :
Potato
Garlic
Onion
Salt
Celery
Egg yolk
Pepper powder
Cooking oil
Tool :

How to make
1. Peel the potato skin, after that wash thoroughly
2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces
3. After that heat the oil and fry the potatoes on medium heat
4. Blend the ingredients to make seasonings
5. Fried potatoes are mashed until smooth
6. Cut celery or onion as an extra
7. Mix the potatoes that have been refined with seasoning until evenly distributed
8. Shape the potato into a round by hand
9. After all is formed, beat the eggs and add the potatoes that have been formed
10. Fry on medium heat
11. Mashed potato balls are ready to eat

Mashed potato ball
Potatoes are plants of the Solanaceae tribe that have edible stem tubers and are called "Potatoes" as well. Potatoes are tubers that can be used as staple foods. Potatoes can be processed in various ways, one of which is mashed potato balls or often called "potato patties". Potato patties are foods made from potatoes that have been fried or boiled before being crushed, then mixed with chopped green onions and celery leaves and seasonings, spherical in shape, dipped in a beaten chicken egg and then fried. Potato chips are processed from the basic ingredients of potatoes which are usually used as side dishes by Indonesian people.
How to make potato cakes is
The first, Peel the potato skin, after that wash thoroughly. After that, cut the potatoes into small pieces. After that heat the oil and fry the potatoes on medium heat. Blend the ingredients to make seasonings. Fried potatoes are mashed until smooth. Mix the potatoes that have been refined with seasoning until evenly distributed.
